In 60 Seconds

It truly is astounding the amount of trafic that flows through the world wide web, and most recently (with the advent of Web 2.0), how much of that traffic originates with us. From Go-Global, this infographic takes a typical 60 seconds of life on the Internet and measure the amount of traffic by service, including iPhone apps downloaded, domains registered, Tweets, blog entries, Google search queries, and much more.

For a language arts or communication class, it might be useful for learners and teachers to have discussions about the proper forms and ettiquete of communication through the various channels. What might be appropriate for one that wouldn’t be for another?
